What turns the consumer on, what turns them off and how do you get your message to sink in? There is no doubt consumer PR is a challenging discipline, but get it right and interest levels will rise, reputation’s will be strengthened and sales will increase.

Creativity is at the heart of the consumer brief. New products, new attractions and new events need to be presented differently all the time and matching what the business objectives are with the media’s needs can be a tricky balancing act.

Whether it is a lifestyle campaign for Shearer Candles - who famously provided candles for Madonna’s wedding - the opening of The Falkirk Wheel, the World’s first rotating boat lift, or Billy Connolly and Annie Lennox picking up their honorary Doctorates from the Royal Scottish Academy for Music and Drama, an alternative and creative approach formed the core of our thinking for each project.

In each instance Wave developed campaigns that reached local, national and international audiences by identifying the right media channels, creating media packages with high quality editorial content and delivering successfully on the campaign’s objectives.
