The property sector, like other areas of commerce, has many different facets and in turn many different needs.

From community consultations and outline planning applications to the physical 'selling' of the development to the domestic or commercial markets, public relations plays a vital role throughout the whole process.

Wave has extensive experience in providing PR support at each stage in the development programme.

The consultancy has worked with specialist waterside developer ISIS in support of its major regeneration project in Glasgow with activity including the preparation of the communications strategy, support for the extensive community engagement programme and delivering the wider media relations campaign.  Wave has also created a similar programme for the Caledonian Property Partnership in Inverness and a communication plan for ING Real Estates' only Scottish development which is located in Bo'ness.

And when it comes to introducing developments to the domestic market, Wave worked with a consortium including top house builders CALA and Persimmon to launch Scotland's newest village.  At 88 hectares, Larbert based Kinnaird Village, is the largest development of its kind in Scotland.
