Client: MEPC/Hillington Park
Fit for business
With six and a half thousand people employed by around three hundred and fifty businesses it would be fair to say that Hillington Park is a community in the truest sense of the word.
The Park, which was Scotland's first and created seventy five years ago this year (2013), is the biggest business park in the country and spans 419 acres.
Owners, MEPC, operate another seven business parks in the UK and are home to some of the biggest names in commerce as well as some of the very newest enterprises.
The environment that MEPC works hard to create across all of its assets is that of a community. Numerous amenities exists including retail outlets, childcare, health & well-being services and business networks that encourage neighbours to do business with each other.
At Hillington Park, a new gym was set up aimed specifically at Park occupiers and operated by a new business based within the new premises.
High quality images were taken to assist multi-layered marketing activity to happen. This picture was used in a local media story, on the Park's website and within the Hillington Herald, an 'internal' publication in a newspaper style distributed to occupiers and to the Park's stakeholders.
Gym operator Scott McLaughlin was positioned with some of his customers around him 'in action'. The slow shutter speed captured the activity going on and helped tell the story of the gym and its new place at Hillington Park.
