Since its launch in 2010, the business has built a market leading position in the provision of recruitment for the aviation industry, aircraft leasing and aviation support.

When the business was looking to push forward a rapid expansion programme through the purchase of Perth based ACS Aviation Ltd, they looked to us to handle the internal and external communications for the deal.

We devised a strategy that would ensure staff, media and all other relevant audiences were thoroughly briefed on all aspects of the integration, quickly and in the most appropriate and timely way.

Primary consideration was given to staff communications with a focus on deal benefits to both companies and an emphasis on reassuring all members of the combined team that there would be no redundancies following the deal completion.

The roll out of information continued quickly to suppliers and other key stakeholders through social and digital media, with a comprehensive national, local and trade media relations campaign ensuring that on and offline media were thoroughly briefed.

This approach ensured all stakeholders were kept informed resulting in a smooth transition to the new integrated Cloud Global/ACS business.
